 TownSq is an HOA communication app for accessing community documents, reserving amenities, submitting requests, and more. Contact Goodwin Property Management to create an account.

How do I register for TownSq?

  1. Visit TownSq Sign Up
  2. Enter your Account Number and Zip Code (property address)
  3. Provide your email and create a password

Having trouble registering or need help?

Architectural & Amenity Requests

  • Submit Architectural Control Requests:
     Log in to TownSq > Requests > Architectural Application
     (Reviews may take up to 30 days.)
  • Request a Pool Key:
    Request online

  • Common Areas & Pool Oversight:
     Managed by vendors, inspectors, board members, and Goodwin Property Management. Homeowner input is always welcome.
  • Pool Hours:
     Daily, 6:00am – 10:00pm
  • Pool Guest Policy:
     Up to 4 guests per home

How do I check my balance?

Payment Options:

  1. Mail:
     Cottage Court Condominiums
     c/o Goodwin Processing Center
     PO Box 93447
     Las Vegas, NV 89193-3447
  2. Online:
    TownSq website or mobile app
    • Pay open balance, set up recurring payments, or make a one-time payment
    • ACH and debit/credit card options available
    • Credit card payments: $1.50 + 3.5% fee; e-check: $1.50 fee
  3. Bank Bill Pay:
     Update payee and address to the PO Box above. Include your account number and association code (ACOT) in the memo.

Assessment Details:

  • Property Code: ACOT
  • Management ID: 6587
  • Due Date: 1st of each month
  • Online Payment Fees:
    • Credit card: $1.50 + 3.5%
    • E-check: $1.50

Why is my account negative?
 A negative number means you have a credit balance.

Received a past due letter?
Contact Customer Service at 855-289-6007 or info@goodwintx.com.

Need a payment plan?

Need a copy of the association’s insurance?
 Find it in the Documents section of TownSq.

Owner Information

Update contact info or mailing address:
 Contact Customer Service or submit a request through TownSq.

Change TownSq email preferences:
 Log in to TownSq, click your name (top right), and select “Edit Profile.”

Submit a request in TownSq:
 Log in and click “Requests” on the left menu.
